Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Automobile Recruiter for a leading global automotive organization based in Chinchwad, Pune.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing recruitment and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The role requires managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and joining coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, experience expectations, and hiring priorities.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit for automotive, engineering, technical,



manufacturing, and related positions.
Screen candidates based on technical suitability, industry experience, communication skills, compensation, notice period, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, technical panels, and hiring managers.
Maintain regular candidate communication and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer discussions, compensation coordination, follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support recruitment drives and volume hiring initiatives whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in automotive/automobile recruitment is strongly preferred.
