Role Description The Sr. Field Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Valsad, working closely with rural and tribal communities to implement BFC’s programs on the ground. This role involves coordinating field activities, facilitating community meetings, and supporting the rollout of initiatives in agriculture,



enterprise development, and livelihood enhancement. The Sr. Field Associate will gather and document field data, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates and reports to the project and program teams. Responsibilities include building solid relationships with local stakeholders, supporting training and capacity-building workshops for youth and women, and ensuring that activities align with program goals and community needs. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and partners, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping scale successful interventions across the region.
Qualifications
