Key Responsibilities
• Managing and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Planning and maintaining a content calendar for consistent and timely posting
• Driving engagement through compelling captions, relevant hashtags, and community interaction
• Bringing a strategic approach to content — understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why
• Tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements based on insights
• Collaborating with the content and design team to ensure on-brand, audience-relevant posts
• Staying on top of trends in the automotive and digital space
What We’re Looking For




• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on social media experience
• Someone who genuinely enjoys social media and understands how platforms work
• Positive sense of aesthetics and an eye for engaging content
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Strong written communication and caption-writing ability
• Preference will be given to candidates from the automobile or auto-adjacent segment
