Role Overview
We are looking for experienced B2B Enterprise Sales professionals with a solid background in IT SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre, or Customer Experience solutions.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in direct/enterprise sales, consultative selling, solution selling, business development, and managing CXO-level stakeholders, with a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire recent enterprise customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and lead generation.
Build strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Operations, Customer Experience, and Contact Centre.




Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS, CCaaS, Cloud Communication, Contact Centre, and Customer Engagement solutions.
Develop account strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term relationships.
Manage existing enterprise accounts, channel partners, alliances, and technology partners.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Technical teams to provide customer-focused solutions.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and business reports using CRM tools.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Mentor junior sales professionals and contribute to building a high-performing sales team.
