Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Executive – Sales who will be responsible for developing client relationships, generating business opportunities, conducting meetings, and driving sales for Volody.
This role is suited for someone who has experience in software sales, banking sales, financial services, B2B sales, or consultative selling and is confident interacting with customers in person.
The role will primarily be remote, but the candidate should be comfortable travelling within Bangalore or Delhi for client meetings, presentations, and business discussions whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and present relevant Volody solutions.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate demos with the relevant internal teams.
Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial conversation to closure.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and other sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Build a strong understanding of Volody's AI and enterprise software solutions.
Travel for client meetings, industry events, networking opportunities, and other business requirements.
