Social Media & Content Manager – MELD

We are looking for an in-house full time Social Media & Content Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow MELD's digital presence.
The role will involve:
Developing and executing a explicit social media content strategy
Planning and managing MELD's Instagram and LinkedIn presence
Creating monthly/weekly content calendars
Strategising content around projects, design, materials, process, team and brand storytelling
Coordinating content shoots, photography, videos and reels
Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling and platform activity
Writing captions and ensuring all communication is aligned with MELD's brand voice and visual identity
Keeping both platforms active, relevant and consistently updated
Identifying relevant content opportunities, trends and formats




Working closely with the design team to capture ongoing projects and create engaging content
Tracking performance and suggesting ways to improve engagement and reach

Ideal candidate: Someone with a strong eye for design, interiors, architecture and aesthetics, who can independently take ownership of content planning and strategy—not just post content, but actively think about how MELD should communicate and grow as a brand online.

Experience: 2–3 years in social media, content management or brand communications. Experience working with a design, architecture, interiors, luxury or lifestyle brand would be preferred.
