Role: GTM Intern (Go-To-Market — Sales Development)
Team: GTM — reports to the SDR, Account Executive & Founder
Type: 3-month Internship, with a clear path to full-time
Experience: Freshers welcome. Any exposure to sales, research, outbound, or business development is a plus.
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)
Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000 per month during the internship
On Conversion: ₹4–5 LPA fixed + ₹2 LPA variable + ₹4 LPA ESOPs

About Kasparro
Kasparro is an AI Visibility platform that helps brands get discovered, recommended, and chosen by AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode.
As buyers increasingly start their research inside AI assistants, being recommended—or ignored—by these engines becomes a commercial issue. We help brands measure and fix that gap across four layers: monitoring and intelligence, on-site technical fixes and content,



off-site engagement, and authority and citation building.
We're a small, fast-moving team building from HSR Layout, Bengaluru, backed by experienced founders, CMOs, and angels.

Why this Role
The AE closes deals. The SDR books meetings. Behind both is the research, targeting, and CRM discipline that determines whether outreach reaches the right person at the right time.
As a GTM Intern, you'll be the research and operations layer supporting Kasparro's outbound motion. You'll identify the right accounts and decision-makers, spot relevant buying signals, support personalized outreach, prepare research for cold calls, and ensure the pipeline stays clean.
Good research and a disciplined pipeline are the difference between a cold list and a live one. You'll help make sure the team is targeting the right people, with the right context, at the right moment.
