The description below outlines the primary purpose of this job. The Site Reliability Engineer will serve as a technical support champion for both internal and external customers. The Support Engineer will exercise independent initiative with the authority to act in order to meet all requirements for the customer. A seasoned professional with wide-ranging experience. Deals with diverse and often times complex issues, where analysis may require in-depth evaluation of many factors. Exercises judgment in evaluating methods and may determine criteria for obtaining solutions. May coordinate the activities of other employees. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise as well as some key contacts outside area of expertise. Responsible for ensuring all the application data loads are on schedule, and continuously provide quality service to end customers and help in achieving the objectives of the Support Organization.

Qualifications
6 – 10 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
Java Support responsibilities include debugging and troubleshooting java based applications.
Proven hands-on Software/Application support with core Java, micro services, and MongoDB.
Troubleshooting and the ability to delve deeply into technical details & acquire/create the necessary knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair the applications.
Knowledge of Splunk, VictorsOps, Appdynamics, ELK stack web automation like selenium and ability to learn recent tools and technologies.
Collaborative team player with excellent influence and interpersonal skills; inspires confidence.
Experience with public Cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure arch
