About the Role
GIBMS Business School is looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in digital marketing, social media, education marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow GIBMS Business School’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns and promotional content.
Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enquiries.
Generate qualified leads through social media, digital campaigns, WhatsApp, email and other online channels.
Respond to comments, messages and student enquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain and regularly update lead databases and follow up with prospective students.




Work with the admissions and marketing teams to convert enquiries into applications.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
Research current social-media trends, competitor activities and current lead-generation opportunities.
Support online admission campaigns, webinars, events and other promotional activities.
Skills We Are Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and digital marketing.
Creativity and an interest in content creation.
Good written English.
Basic knowledge of Canva, social-media analytics or digital advertising is an advantage.
Ability to use MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
