About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Staffing Delivery Manager / Senior Manager who has a proven track record of delivering IT staffing requirements through a strong network of recruitment agencies, staffing partners and vendors.
This is a strategic yet hands-on delivery role. The person will be responsible for building and strengthening the partner ecosystem, creating the right partner strategy, driving partner engagement and, most importantly, ensuring that client requirements translate into quality profiles, interviews and closures.
The ideal candidate has personally managed and delivered staffing mandates through external recruitment partners and understands what it takes to activate agencies, get them to prioritize requirements, improve profile quality and convert opportunities into closures.




This is not a purely managerial role. While the candidate will own the overall delivery strategy and partner ecosystem, they should be equally comfortable getting into the details, speaking directly with partners, reviewing profiles, resolving bottlenecks and driving critical requirements to closure when required.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Network & Strategy
Own and develop the company's staffing partner ecosystem, including recruitment agencies, staffing companies and specialized technology recruitment partners.
Build a scalable partner strategy based on technology skills, geography, client requirements, partner capability and historical performance.
Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners to address gaps in the existing partner network.
Segment partners into strategic, active, developing and low-performing categories and define appropriate engagement strategies for each.
