We are expanding our International Operations and Business Development Team and are looking for a confident, articulate, and target-oriented International Pre-Sales Executive to connect with overseas prospects and generate qualified business opportunities.

Job Overview
The International Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for international calling, lead generation, lead qualification, requirement gathering, appointment setting,



and coordination with the International Sales/Business Development Team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, strong listening skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the confidence to communicate effectively with customers from different countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities
1. International Calling & Lead Generation
* Make outbound calls to international prospects and potential B2B customers.
* Handle inbound calls and inquiries from overseas customers professionally.
* Introduce the company and its steel product range to prospective customers.
* Identify potential business opportunities through international calling.
* Understand customers' basic business and product requirements.
* Generate genuine and relevant international sales leads.

* Collect and record essential prospect information, including:
