Role Description The HR Analyst Intern | Founder's Office is a full-time, remote, working closely with the founder and core leadership team. This role supports the design and optimization of HR processes, Hiring Process, including data collection from different sources,



analysis of workforce requirements metrics, and preparation of reports and dashboards for decision-making. The intern will help coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and assist in tracking performance and engagement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure HR operations align with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core people operations and policy implementation.
