Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Excel/Gsheets, Python,



and a solid understanding of root cause analysis (RCA), KPIs/metrics, and statistical modeling. The role requires a deep understanding of statistics and probability, along with effective communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in thefintech domain is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Qualification: B.E/B.TECH (Computer Science/IT) or MS-IT College degree

from an accredited institution; Domain Related Qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a solid focus on SQL,Excel/Gsheets, and Python.
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and statistical modeling techniques.
Proven experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and developing KPIs/metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
