As a Quality Engineer you will own and coordinate aspects of quality assurance and product compliance for CES, ensuring products and services meet Molex quality standards and ISO requirements while supporting product development and supplier quality improvements.

Responsible for end-to-end quality assurance and product compliance processes that support CES product delivery. The team partners with Product Management, Production and Suppliers to embed compliance and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end quality and compliance performance for CES products, ensuring alignment with Molex policies and ISO requirements.
vendor quality assurance and qualification activities to drive supplier performance and product integrity.
Champion customer-focused complaint and return resolution processes, ensuring timely investigations and closure.
Enable product development by promoting Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) practices and providing actionable quality input during design and launch.
Maintain and improve Environmental and Quality Management System processes, coordinate audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Degree in a technical field (e.g., BSME, B.Sc., B.Eng.).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality engineering role with exposure to ISO quality and environmental system requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work independently across the full range of quality activities and manage competing priorities.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; able to interact effectively with international teams and external suppliers.
Organized, with strong follow-up, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Professional quality qualification (e.g., CQE) or Certified ISO auditor credential.
3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality roles, with hands-on supplier quality management.
