* Build and manage performance of new and existing franchises in alignment with
operational goals.
* Track installation of recent deep freezers in coordination with the sales team.
* Raise spare parts requirements & ensure their optimal usage across
locations.
* Monitor asset repair status and manage deployments as per sales team requests
with approval from Head MEM.
* Maintain stock of new and refurbished deep freezers at depots and track
MEE-wise spare part usage.
* Track complaints, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain TAT, and record
resolutions MEE-wise.
* Supervise TADA, attendance approvals for MEEs, and vendor bill processing in
coordination with the MIS executive.
* Coordinate with business heads for routine department activities and business
support functions.
* Review complaint status daily and submit TAT reports weekly and monthly.
* Oversee repair operations of E-carts and Push Carts across the assigned
region.
