You’ll own the complete collaboration journey—from discovering the next breakout creator or agency partner to negotiating deals, driving execution, and creating campaigns people remember.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Agency Identification
Drive end-to-end barter influencer campaigns by researching and identifying relevant influencers, creators, language-specific partners,



and third-party agencies aligned with Teabox’s brand positioning and campaign objectives.
Build, grow, and maintain a robust pipeline/database of high-potential collaborators across platforms and categories.
Evaluate partner fit based on audience relevance, engagement quality, content standards, and campaign goals to ensure every collaboration creates impact.

Partnership & Commercial Management
Reach out, initiate conversations, and build lasting relationships with influencers and agencies.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms while balancing creativity with cost efficiency.
Maintain clear and structured documentation of agreements, expectations, and campaign commitments.

Campaign Coordination & Execution
Translate campaign ideas into action by sharing briefs and ensuring complete alignment on objectives, messaging, and brand guidelines.
