As a Business Support Executive, your role will be focused on assisting project leads and internal teams with backend operations. You will handle important administrative tasks such as data management, CRM updates, research, and assisting with various processes to ensure smooth business operations. This position is night shift-based to cater to global clients and teams, allowing us to work in alignment with different time zones.
Your organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently will directly contribute to the overall productivity and success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Entry & Management:



Accurately input data into various systems and maintain records with attention to detail.
· CRM Updates: Update and maintain the company's CRM system with client information, logs, and project updates.
· Research Support: Conduct research to provide valuable insights for various teams and help decision-making processes.
· Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and reporting.
· Backend Operations: Execute backend tasks and support the team to ensure workflows remain uninterrupted and goals are met.
