About The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new clients, increase revenue, manage sales, and build long-term client relationships for our digital marketing services.

Job Responsibility:

Generate new leads and clients through inbound/outbound sales, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Understand client needs through discovery calls/meetings.
Prepare and present proposals for SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, Branding, and UGC services.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling and repeat business opportunities.
Work with marketing and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Maintain and update leads and sales reports in CRM.
Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to find new business opportunities.
Guide junior sales executives and support the BD team when required.

Requirements:





5–9 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing or Tech Agency.
MBA/BBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field preferred.
Experience in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
Excellent English and Hindi communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and consultative selling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Experience with sales pipeline and CRM management.

Good to Have:

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of HubSpot / Zoho CRM.
Digital Marketing Agency sales experience.
Client retention and account management skills.
Team handling or sales leadership experience.
