We are hiring Business Development Associates to promote our Hospital Management Software to Hospitals, Clinics & Diagnostics Centres.
Requirements
✅RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and doctors to introduce our Hospital Management Software.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and confident manner to potential clients.
• Schedule or conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for decision makers such as doctors or owners.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our product offerings.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers by building trust and addressing objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM system.
• Regularly follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email to move them through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with the product and support team to ensure smooth onboarding of recent customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help improve our product and strategy.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently speak to clients.
• Basic computer knowledge including email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to understand customer problems and present solutions effectively.
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English; knowledge of local language (Odia/samblpuri etc.) is a strong advantage.
