Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships for PropUsers.com. The BDM will identify and engage potential clients and partners, build a strong pipeline of real estate stakeholders, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.



Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting developers, brokers, and investors, presenting platform solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine offerings, gather feedback from the market, and support successful onboarding of recent clients. The BDM will also represent PropUsers.com at industry events, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement of business development strategies.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
