Role Description
The Junior Engineer will support planning, execution, and monitoring of residential and commercial construction projects in Pune City. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting senior engineers with site supervision, quality checks, and coordination with contractors and vendors. The Junior Engineer will help prepare technical documentation, track project progress against timelines, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating project reports, supporting problem-solving on site, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and to specified quality standards.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of civil or structural engineering principles, construction methods, and building materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.




Basic proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills for managing site activities and project tasks.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with senior engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Prior internship or entry-level experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
