Role Description The Individual Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Haldwani, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail customers. The role involves identifying customer financial needs, explaining suitable loan and credit products, and supporting customers through the application and documentation process.



The officer will conduct regular follow-ups, maintain high service standards, and proactively resolve customer queries and issues. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing, maintaining accurate records in line with company policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. The role also requires building strong relationships in the local market to generate leads and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, nurture, and retain individual customer relationships.
Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand loan products, eligibility criteria, risk assessment, and basic credit processes.
Effective Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
