Role Description The QS & Contractor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing quantity surveying activities and coordinating construction execution for residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and cost estimates, as well as monitoring project budgets and supporting tendering and contractor negotiations. The role involves supervising site work, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications,



quality standards, and timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical and commercial issues. The QS & Contractor will also track material usage, verify contractor invoices, support documentation and reporting, and assist in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
