We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the HR Tech / B2B SaaS industry to strengthen our sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify and engage inbound leads generated through the website, marketing campaigns, referrals, webinars, and other channels
Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for Unolo's HR Tech and workforce management solutions
Prospect and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
Target HR, People, Operations, Sales,



and Business leaders across SMEs and Mid-Market organizations
Conduct account and decision-maker research to personalize outreach
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive / Sales team
Execute structured outbound campaigns to consistently build a qualified sales pipeline
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns and lead conversion
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline generation
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales
Prior experience in HR Tech, HR SaaS, or related SaaS technology products
Hands-on experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation
Experience selling or prospecting B2B SaaS solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
