Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strategic Founders Office Manager / Senior Associate to work directly with the founder at Luar Beauty. This cross-functional position bridges high-level strategy and operational execution, taking ownership of recent product development, partnership expansion, investor readiness, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD) Leadership: Lead end-to-end management of NPD timelines, vendor communications, cosmetic manufacturing contracts, packaging sourcing, and cross-team coordination with design and operations.
Retail & Market Expansion: Conduct strategic market research to identify national and international distribution partners, build outreach pipelines, and navigate legal and regulatory documentation for onboarding.
Investor Relations & Strategy Support: Prepare investor pitch decks, manage data collection for financial/business metrics, and assist founders in liaising with potential investors.
Talent Acquisition & Team Building: Drive end-to-end hiring processes,



from scoping JDs and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding across key business functions.
Community & Strategic Programs: Scale the Luar PRO program (makeup artist network), manage brand-to-brand partnerships, and negotiate commercial terms for collaborations.
Offline Brand Activations & Events: Identify venues (cafés, creative studios) and oversee execution, logistics, and partner management for pop-ups, launch events, and marketing activations.
Operations & Founder Support: Maintain central company drives, oversee inventory/packaging tracking, coordinate inter-departmental workflows, and lead priority ad-hoc strategic projects.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, D2C/beauty brand, management consulting, or founder's office role.
Proven Ownership: Demonstrated track record of independently driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion
