Role Description:




The Diabetology Consultant will provide comprehensive clinical care for individuals with diabetes and related metabolic conditions in an in office setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role includes conducting detailed consultations, assessing risk factors, diagnosing and managing different types of diabetes, and developing individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle modification, medication, and monitoring protocols. The consultant will regularly review clinical outcomes, adjust therapies based on evidence-based guidelines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as nutritionists, primary care physicians, and specialists to ensure coordinated care. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve patient education on self-management, adherence, and prevention of complications, as well as documentation, use of CNH’s technology platforms, and participation in chronic care and preventive health initiatives for corporate clients.
