Objective
To manage vendor registrations, renewals, tender-related activities, online bidding, client portals, statutory/commercial documentation, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth participation in government and private-sector business opportunities.
Manage vendor registrations with public and private-sector organisations, both online and offline.
Handle renewal of vendor registrations, particularly for public-sector organisations.
Manage BIS portal activities, including:
Production data updation
Consignee updation
Annual renewal of licences
Procure and renew Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
Manage procurement and renewal of various online subscriptions and memberships.
Coordinate activities related to agreements, declarations and Code of Conduct.
Manage supplier survey and supplier feedback processes.
Maintain and regularly update company databases, registrations, certificates and significant documents.
Support the Sales/Commercial team in GeM and Non-GeM tender participation.
Handle online tender submission and bidding activities.
Coordinate and participate in online auctions with clients.
Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with tender
