Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving growth and expanding Samp Associates’ client base in engineering and construction markets.



This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and partner firms, and developing proposals and presentations aligned with the company’s BIM and structural design services. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, track industry trends, and collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Daily responsibilities also include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, preparing reports and forecasts, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums. The role requires close coordination with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent, high-quality client engagement.
