Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment processes, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help in onboarding activities, updating employee databases, preparing HR documentation, and coordinating basic employee engagement initiatives.



Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR policy implementation, helping with benefits-related queries, and organizing personnel files. This is an internship role, based on-site at the Noida office, providing hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced media setting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee documentation.
