Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition to join our early-stage team in Gurugram.
This is a client-facing role focused on connecting with Founders, CXOs and Business Owners, introducing Office Planners, understanding their business requirements and driving client acquisition and memberships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business clients
Connect and meet with Founders, CXOs and Business Owners
Present the Office Planners proposition
Understand and capture business requirements
Drive client acquisition and annual memberships
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Manage follow-ups and move opportunities towards closure
Coordinate with the internal team for active client requirements
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident engaging with senior business decision-makers
Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities
Target-oriented, proactive and ownership-driven
Comfortable independently managing meetings and a sales pipeline
Experience in B2B services or solution selling is preferred
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
