Key Responsibilities
Transformation Strategy: Lead the development, coordination and execution of the Technology Innovation Hub transformation, ensuring alignment with firm-wide business, technology, and operational priorities.




Operational Excellence: Lead and coordinate process improvement and business transformation initiatives. Drive standardization, efficiency, and process re-engineering efforts to enhance scalability, and productivity for the Technology Innovation Hub.
Global Stakeholder Management: Partner with global stakeholders, including Business Heads, CIOs, COOs, Human Resources, Legal, Finance. Drive alignment between groups on projects and strategic initiatives.
Governance, Business Management & Executive Reporting: Design and oversee governance frameworks that provide effective oversight of Technology Innovation Hub initiatives, risk management and regulatory compliance. Develop dashboards and management reporting for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Digital Transformation, Innovation & Automation: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies. Partner with business and technology teams to identify transformation
