Job Purpose: Support the President in decision making processes related to a wide range of initiatives proposed by the business stakeholders, from commercial agreements, to operational or capital expenses, strategic investments, capacity optimization and Sales/ supply agreements.
To be the "business partner" to the Regional President & the regional leadership team to provide with the information and analysis needed to make the best possible business decisions. Ground ideas and strategies to measurable KPIs and promote a financial mindset around how decisions are made and performance is assessed.
Provide all necessary support in the management and optimization of receivables including the credit assessment process, pricing and payment terms, discounts, collections and management of overdue accounts receivable, and so forth.

The role holder will lead the regional budgeting, financial forecasts, to align region objective with global business plan. For this responsibility, the role holder will need to leverage the Global & plant controllership organization as well as the global FPA team.
