We're expanding our team in Goa Looking for creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executives for a 6-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Design creatives and posts using Canva and other design tools
Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and creative generation
Manage content calendars and scheduling using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
Monitor trends, political developments, and public sentiment to keep content timely and relevant




Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and political sensitivity/compliance
Track engagement metrics and optimize posting strategy accordingly

Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in social media management/content creation
Hands-on proficiency with Canva and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image/video AI tools)
Experience with social media scheduling/management tools like Hootsuite
Strong understanding of political and social media landscape (especially regional/Goa context)
Excellent visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment
