About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
The role involves connecting with prospective customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our health and wellness solutions, and converting qualified leads into consultations and sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers, comfortable working with sales targets, and skilled at handling objections and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.




Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about Resolute.AI's health and wellness services.
Effectively communicate the value and advantages of our services.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and suitability.
Convert qualified leads into consultations, appointments, and sales.
Follow up consistently with interested and potential customers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Stay updated on products, services, campaigns, and offers.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve the sales
