Role Description
We are seeking a talented, tech-savvy AI Bot Developer and Business Analyst to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI. This role combines hands-on solution development with business analysis to identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support successful adoption.





Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
• Solution definition: Translate business requirements into transparent user stories, functional requirements, process designs, and acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder communication: Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and maintain alignment throughout delivery

Solution Development & Integration
• Copilot agent development: Design and build tailored AI-powered agents in Copilot Studio that meet business needs and align with organizational standards
• Azure AI integration: Use Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services to enhance solution capability, scalability, and performance
• Customization and integration: Configure models, topics, workflows, knowledge sources, APIs, and enterprise-system integrations
• Quality and optimization: Test solutions, resolve issues, and continuously improve response
