Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals,



conducting product and service demos, tracking market trends, and reporting on sales performance and growth opportunities. The role also requires consistent follow-up with prospects, ensuring timely communication and contributing to overall revenue targets.

Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Experience in Lead Generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Effective Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, handle enquiries, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Understanding of digital services such as website development, SEO, and digital marketing is highly beneficial.
