Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Trivandrum. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and drive lead generation efforts through research, outreach, and networking. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting agency services, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements in coordination with internal teams. The role involves managing client relationships,



supporting account handovers to the delivery team, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The BDE will collaborate closely with marketing and account management to align business development activities with the agency’s growth goals.
Qualifications
Identify recent business opportunities and generate quality leads
Pitch Made in Space services to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and timelines
Work closely with strategy, creative, and performance teams to build solutions that match client goals
Negotiate with clients and close deals confidently
