Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and execute performance test strategies across web, API, and backend systems.
Build and maintain reusable test scripts and workloads using enterprise performance testing tools.
Analyze application behavior under load and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Use monitoring and observability tools to correlate test results with system metrics and service health.
Partner with engineering teams to validate scalability targets and support release readiness for high-traffic systems.




Experience Required:
10 to 13 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering for enterprise applications.
Expertise with JMeter and LoadRunner for load, stress, and endurance testing.
Experience with Grafana and Datadog for metrics analysis and system observability.
Experience working across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments with performance-focused validation.
Positive to Have:
AppDynamics, Prometheus, Dynatrace, and familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, or Copilot.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
