As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – Methods Engineering , your mission is to Support and promote Atlas Copco's mission of being recognized as a Reference Product Company by establishing and continuously improving world-class manufacturing processes.
You will
Key Responsibilities
Develop, standardize, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for Industrial Air products.
Drive NPI/NPD projects and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
Lead product and process change management activities.
Maintain SAP/GEMS, MES, routings, master data, and manufacturing systems.
Drive Industry 4.0, automation and digitalization initiatives.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Waste Walk and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Conduct line balancing and productivity improvement studies.
Ensure compliance with IMS, EMS, EnMS and Health & Safety requirements.
Drive FTR, DOA and continuous improvement through problem-solving methodologies.
Coordinate tooling and fixture development with suppliers.
Collaborate across Production, Quality, Supply Chain,
Purchasing and Engineering teams.

Experience Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in Methods Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience in assembly operations of industrial products, Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
Knowledge of ERP and MES platforms.
Education
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Management or Engineering is an added advantage.
