About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our engineering team. You'll work across the stack from building performant, user-facing features in React to designing scalable backend systems in Java while owning the infrastructure and operational practices that keep everything running reliably in production. This is a high-ownership role for someone who's comfortable moving between application code, system design, and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Java (Spring Boot or similar) on the backend and React on the frontend




Architect and evolve database schemas; plan and execute data migrations with minimal downtime and no data loss
Design for scale: implement appropriate caching strategies for the application, optimize query performance, and reduce latency across the stack
Scale applications to handle growing load identifying bottlenecks and designing for horizontal/vertical scalability across the stack
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) to enable fast, protected, and frequent deployments
Own deployment and orchestration using containers and Kubernetes (pods, clusters, services)
Collaborate with DevOps/SRE practices monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response using Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability and observability
Drive engineering best practices: code reviews, testing strategy (unit/integration/e2e), documentation, and technical design docs
