Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget across relevant service lines. This role includes coordinating project schedules, managing resources and personnel, and maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations.



The Operations Manager will collaborate with regional teams and partner offices, optimize processes for efficiency, and track performance metrics to support continuous improvement. The role also involves stakeholder communication, reporting to senior leadership, and supporting client relationship management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within energy, civil, marine, or geotechnical sectors.
Strong skills in project planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
Ability to develop and implement operational processes, policies, and performance metrics.
Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements, ideally including exposure to industrial rope access or similar technical operations.
