Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume hiring within the Study Abroad / EdTech space. The role demands strong sourcing skills, fast execution, and proven capability in closing positions within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluation & offer closure
Bulk & volume hiring for sales, operations & academic roles
Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social channels & referrals
Coordinate interviews,



manage stakeholder expectations & deliver within TAT
Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards
Requirements
3–5 years of recruitment experience (EdTech / Study Abroad mandatory)
Sales hiring experience
Proven track record in bulk hiring
Robust communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
