Role Description The Business Development Intern will support efforts to grow 1Squares’ client base and strengthen relationships with prospective homebuyers and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and helping maintain databases of potential clients and properties. The intern will participate in client interactions, support presentations and site visits,



and collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities. This is an internship role based on-site in Bengaluru South, working closely with sales and management to learn and apply fundamental business development practices.
Qualifications
Strong interest in business development, sales, or real estate, with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Basic skills in research, data handling, and using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborating in a team-oriented workplace.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
