Business Development Director / Senior Manager

SAP S/4HANA Transformation Services - Middle East

ROLE MANDATE Build the Middle East SAP transformation business through new-client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and trusted executive relationships.

Location Middle East, with flexibility across GCC markets

Travel Frequent regional travel and onsite customer presence as business needs require

Experience level 12+ years overall, including significant SAP business development, consulting, sales, or client engagement experience

Role orientation Customer-facing growth leader with an entrepreneurial and aspirational mindset

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Leader to accelerate growth across the Middle East. The role requires a customer-facing professional with proven exposure to large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and the ambition to build a scalable regional business. The successful candidate will identify and shape opportunities, influence C-level stakeholders, expand strategic accounts,



and position the organization as a trusted transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth and Sales Leadership

Develop and execute the regional growth plan; identify, qualify, and pursue recent SAP transformation opportunities; build a healthy pipeline across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Cloud ERP, AMS, and adjacent digital services; and drive new-logo acquisition and account growth.

Customer and Executive Engagement

Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, business leaders, and other decision-makers. Lead executive conversations, discovery sessions, value workshops, proposal presentations, and strategic account discussions.

SAP Transformation Advisory

Understand customers' business priorities and translate them into transformation opportunities. Use experience from large S/4HANA programs to support transformation roadmaps, business cases, solution positioning, and va
