About the Role
The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and coordinating Revit MEP models, clash detection and resolution, model QA/QC, shop drawings, and project BIM deliverables.
For BIM Lead positions, the role will additionally involve team coordination, task allocation, technical guidance, model reviews, clash management, and client/consultant coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit MEP
Prepare MEP models based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural models
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage
Prepare and review shop drawings, sections, details,
and schedules
Conduct BIM model review and QA/QC before project submission
Follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and client specifications
Coordinate with engineers, architects, BIM teams, and project managers
Resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution
Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs
Guide and review the work of junior/intermediate BIM Modelers
