Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Servicing Manager to lead strategic client relationships and oversee the successful execution of technology-driven experiential projects. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success within a digital agency, experiential marketing agency, or technology solutions company.
This role requires someone who can build trusted client partnerships, manage high-value enterprise accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for business growth while ensuring exceptional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities




Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager.
Develop long-term client partnerships by understanding business objectives and recommending cutting-edge technology-driven solutions.
Lead client presentations, quarterly business reviews, strategy meetings, and project discussions.
Collaborate with Business Development, Creative, Technology, Design, and Project Management teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling IIC's services, including AI, AR/VR, Interactive Technology, Experience Centers, Mobile & Web, and Experiential Marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, project briefs, estimates, presentations, and commercial documentation.
