ML Engineer – User Acquisition (Mobile Gaming & AdTech)
NeoIntelli is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to drive data‑driven UA strategies for mobile gaming and AdTech. You’ll design predictive models, optimize campaigns, and deploy GenAI solutions that maximize ROI.
What You’ll Do
Analyze datasets from games, ad networks & MMPs to improve UA performance
Build predictive models, LTV frameworks & A/B testing pipelines
Deploy ML/GenAI solutions (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)
Optimize attribution, bidding & targeting with AdTech partners
Collaborate with UA, product & engineering teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in UA, AdTech, or gaming analytics
Strong Python & SQL skills; experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Sklearn)
Hands‑on with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) & UA tools
Knowledge of attribution modeling, campaign optimization & statistical methods
Exposure to GenAI (RAG, context engineering, agentic AI)
