Role Purpose
The Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, acquire clients, expand existing accounts, and support overall business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new domestic and international business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, industry events and strategic outreach.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions.




Convert qualified opportunities into contracts and long-term engagements.
2. Strategic Partnerships
Identify potential technology partners, subcontractors, implementation partners and channel partners.
Build and manage strategic alliances.
Develop joint business opportunities with international partners.
Negotiate partnership structures, revenue sharing and commercial arrangements.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build relationships with CXOs, procurement teams and business leaders.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
4. Proposal & RFP Management
Identify relevant RFPs, tenders and consulting opportunities.
Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Work with solution architects and delivery teams to develop proposals.
