Role Description
Heights Plus is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller / Patient Conversion Executive to manage patient leads and drive appointment and surgery conversions. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential patients, explaining our height growth treatment procedures, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the consultation and decision-making process.
The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, patient-focused, and experienced in handling medical leads within a hospital or clinic environment, particularly in aesthetic or elective surgery segments.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with fresh and existing leads.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Explain height growth treatment procedures clearly and confidently.
Counsel and guide patients toward booking consultations and opting for surgery.
Manage and convert leads from initial inquiry to final decision.




Handle patient objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Update lead status and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for smooth patient handling.
Achieve monthly conversion targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
Excellent communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written).
Proven experience in calling and converting leads.
Prior experience working in hospitals or clinics handling patient calls.
Experience handling patients in aesthetic surgery or cosmetic procedure segments preferred.
Experience managing both inbound and outbound calling processes.
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive medical discussions professionally.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
