Role Description The CCTV Technician role at Sicherheit Systems is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The technician will install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems and related security equipment at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include performing site surveys, routing and terminating cables, mounting and aligning cameras,



setting up recording and monitoring devices, and ensuring systems function effectively. The role also involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing basic user training, and documenting work performed and equipment used. The technician will interact with customers on-site, adhere to safety standards, and coordinate with the team to complete installations and service calls on schedule.
Qualifications
Technical skills in CCTV installation, including mounting cameras, cabling, configuring DVR/NVR systems, and basic network setup.
Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in security systems.
Effective communication and customer service skills to explain system use, clarify issues, and maintain professional client interactions.
